Typically, this involves spending time with the Chair and the other Directors or Trustees on the board, as well as with key executive employees, in order to explore and analyse the dynamics on the board. An audit of board systems and procedures will form a part of this process. It would be normal to observe one or more board meetings as well.

All insights, findings and analyses will be presented in the form of a report, with a series of recommendations for the board to take forward.

Costs will depend on the time that the board decides to allocate to this process, and are negotiable.
